"When I was little I thought that mimosa blossoms were snowballs. They grow very tall in Beverly Hills and very lush in the Bay. The model for this dragonfly met his demise on the porch of a fellow artist and was a such a perfect specimen. The pink is in homage to Beverly Hills iconic pink and green" ~Alexandra
