Under the Mimo Tree

"When I was little I thought that mimosa blossoms were snowballs. They grow very tall in Beverly Hills and very lush in the Bay. In the early part of the pandemic, as I was putting together a workspace in the Bay, my friend Melissa found a Russian tortoise in her back yard in Orange County and named it Dandy. It was such a gorgeous turtle that I had to celebrate his joining my friend and her family."
